Restore, Repair, Renew is a City of Philadelphia initiative that helps Philadelphia homeowners access low-interest loans to improve their homes and strengthen their communities. This is a loan program, not a grant: the participating lender offers 10-year, 3% fixed APR loans ranging from $2,500 to $50,000 to eligible homeowners, and the final loan amount must include a 10% contingency. Loans can fund home repairs that focus on health, safety, weatherization, accessibility, and quality of life.
