Indego Access Pass (Discounted Bike Share)

Indego is Philadelphia’s bike share system, an initiative of the City of Philadelphia operated by Bicycle Transit Systems. Its Access passes are discounted monthly and annual passes for Pennsylvania ACCESS cardholders. Access passholders pay lower per-minute fees than regular passholders when a classic-bike ride goes past the first hour or when riding an electric bike.

For monthly passes, the operator also describes a cash option: sign up online, select the cash option, and pay at a 7-Eleven, CVS, or Family Dollar; the operator's cash payment page notes that this option is undergoing updates and is unable to accept new signups at this time.
