The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program helps pregnant women, moms, and caregivers learn about good nutrition for their families to stay healthy. PA WIC is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). To take part, you must live in Pennsylvania, have a medical or nutritional risk, and meet the WIC income guidelines; U.S. citizenship is not required to get WIC, and WIC is excluded from consideration in public charge determinations.
