The Philly Tenant Hotline is staffed by the Tenant Union Representative Network (TURN). Tenants in all Philadelphia ZIP codes can access free legal help by calling the hotline, and PhillyTenant.org provides information on eviction, repairs, moving in or out, help paying rent, and subsidized housing. The hotline is also the entry point for Right to Counsel screening.
