PA Pre-K Counts

Verified · October 23, 2026 Deadline soon — check dates

Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts is a prekindergarten program overseen by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL). If a child is enrolled in a Pre-K Counts program, the hours they attend that program are free; Pre-K Counts funding does not always cover a full day of child care, so after-hours care may need to be paid out of pocket.
